Terms of Service

By using the services of Abhi Helpdesk, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Provision Abhi Helpdesk provides remote IT support and consulting. Services are provided on a “best effort” basis. While we strive for a 100% resolution rate, some technical issues may require hardware replacement or third-party intervention.
2. Data Backup Responsibility Important: The customer is responsible for backing up all important data before a support session begins. Abhi Helpdesk is not liable for any data loss or hardware failure that occurs during the troubleshooting process.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payments are made securely via our Stripe payment links.
Refund Policy: Diagnostic fees and labor charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
4. Limitation of Liability Abhi Helpdesk’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.
